I think that the apartments could demand higher rental rates with updating..appliances, cabinets, flooring and a sound buffer for the road, ie trees. It would also bring in a better clientel. Parking OK, Maintenance OK. Clubhouse nice. Mgr not the most pleasant. Supposed to limit weight of dogs to 20 lbs. but much larger here...bassetts, labs, etc. Also dogs are limited to only certain bldgs (I wish that would change) as I know there are dogs elsewhere in complex. I would love the complex if I were back by Bald Mountain where it's very quiet.

I agree with all your comments and wanted to add that it's not "kid" friendly either. There is no playground anywhere, also you have no place to store kids outdoor toys ect., and will receive nasty notes about that too- such a fun place to live- NOT! I hope you have found another apartment already b/c the manager ------ will make sure you don't get renewed now that you have posted a negative review.
