I have lived here for many years and have delt with many different types of neighbors....Some better than others, lol..I have noticed that when there are issues with noisey neighbors, the manager will not put up with excessive tenants. This is a great property and well kept. It is the managers job to control the property and that is what I see done...I have read some of these reviews & they seem to be responses from possible tenants which had such issues...This property is great if you can maintain yourself in a manor of not disturbing others, keeping your apartment and area outside in a good condition, and I'm sure paying rent on time...lol
So if people can't abide by the rules, understand not to disturb others or recieve compaints & pay rent on time, then maybe this isn't the place for them...
I am a satisfied resident & don't plan on leaving anytime soon...

In my experiance, they didn't deal well enough with noisy neighboors. I had to result in calling the cops, and then those neighboors found out it was me, and started filing false complaints with the office about me. I found more trashy people living there than a trailer park.
