I lived on the 2nd floor and I loved it here it was from 2005 through 2007 I was here 3 years. The only reason I moved out was I found job and moved closer to job. The maintenance and office are excellent staff. I never had a problem in the 3 years I lived here. If I ever had to move to Lake Orion I would move back here. Nice Pool and enjoyed the area, the only problem was young kids did party late at night and would drink. Also parents did not supervise their children very well. I have a child and would never let him play with some of these kids due to the parents. Overall excellent place to live.
