We lived in these apartments for 6 years and can honestly say, the staff there really does make you feel welcome. Any maintenance request was filled as promptly as possible and the maintenance guys always worked with you on your schedule. When we first moved in, there was a problem with cars parking in front of the sidewalk leading up to our apartment which would cause us to have to walk around the car parked there and into the grass/uneven surface (in the snow and ice, this was very dangerous), and the management listened to our request and striped that spot so no one would park there. I really do miss that place now, as we had to move for our work. The place we are in now is nothing like Indian Lake Village and that is a shame, we are probably going to have to look at several places here before one of them even remotely compares to our time there. I just want to say, if you are looking at apartments in Lake Orion, do yourself a favor and stop in here. The buildings in the back are the best.
