Indian Lake Apartment Village
AVERAGE RATING
< Prev Review | >
I lived there from August 2008 to July 2009. The only reason I moved out was because of my new job location. Overall, this is a great apartment complex. Here is the most honest review I can write. E-Mail me if you have any questions.
The positive aspects are:
- Washer and dryer in each unit
- Newer complex (isn't more than ten years old)
- Relatively new appliances (a direct result of a newer complex)
- VERY well maintained facility
- Maintainance was great and responsive!
- Location (only a few minutes from downtown Lake Orion or I-75)
- Those with pets are sectioned off to a seprate part of the complex
- The apartment complex is HUGE, so they know their stuff.
- 24/7 workout facility and sauna
- Everybody has an assigned carport (huge plus)
- Entire complex is surrounded by woods
The drawbacks are:
- The kids around my unit tend to be noisy, and I can wake up to them screaming and having fun in the summer time
- I can imagine that if you live by M-24, it can be quite loud with all the cars (I don't though, so I can't really comment too much)
- I can imagine that if your unit faces the woods, you really don't have a scenic view (or maybe you do depending on what you like to look at) and you might have a ton of flies (but again, I don't know forsure).
Again, this is about as honest of a review as I can write. This is a FANTASTIC apartment complex. Feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions...
