I recently went to orion cove to see about getting an apartment, i walked through several of the buildings, they all seemed to be clean, i did not smell any kind of smoke, cig or pot. yes there seems to be alot of geese and alot of goose poop... all of the negative reviews that i have read, they sound like they may have had problems like getting evictedor late fees because they didn't pay their rent on time, not too many people fill out these reviews unless they have a problem with the place.

How did you get in all those hallways? They are supposed to be locked at all times! Makes me even more umcomfortable staying in this place. I am moving as soon as my lease is up. Management and manintenance is unprofessional.

we have lived here 18 months moving out this month...first impressions dont last! yul only realise the validity of these -ve reviews once youve signed the dotted line! the haet bill in these aptments its ridiculous - i think the entire heating sys needs replacement. we had one vent working wc was by the patio doors! and all they say is we replaced the filters or whatever! im moving to indian lake apartments - its more pricy yes but its certainly a step up from this dump!
