I have lived here for almost 3 years now and I love how peaceful it is here. I have transferred apartments and never had a problem with any of my neighbors.
Parking- there is plenty of it, and I can always find a spot near my apartment.
Noise- I could sometimes hear footsteps, but nothing else.
Grounds- they keep the grounds nice, especially with new trees, and the planted flowers are so nice. It feels really homey.
Safety- Parking lots and hallways where doors are all have lights, and I have never had a problem.
Construction- I have only had minor problems with faucets and my tub, and they were fixed right away. Everything has worked great.
Maintenance- Maintenance has come quickly whenever I call the office to let them know that something is broken. They are nice, and they work really fast.
Staff- Office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever I have had to call them or go in to the office to re-sign leases, they have been very nice. And they were great about answering questions that I had.
Overall, I would recommend these apartments to anyone! Actually, I have.The rent is really cheap, and they include heat, which is really nice in the winter, especially with the price of gas!!! It is quiet and peaceful, which is why I moved here. Lots of trees and grassy areas.
In response to a previous post, I noticed that someone said the pet rent was non refundable, and it is. It is also only half a months rent. I have a cat and my deposit was only $325 for the cat, and they told me that I would get it back if there is no damage when I leave.

THIS POSTING IS OBVIOUSLY A PLANT BY THE MANAGEMENT TO TRY TO OVERCOME THE WELL DESERVED POOR RATINGS. AS A TENANT I CAN TELL YOU NO ACTUAL RESIDENT WOULD EVER CONSIDER POSTING THIS REVIEW!!!
