It is honestly not the greatest place, but for the price you pay it's worth it. I never had any problems with strange people, the maintenance people lived right above me and were really nice. I lived in the middle level and sometimes you got a lot of noise from the people above you. They were pretty small and the overall look of the apartments was old, but the surrounding area is really nice. We did have an issue with the security deposit on a few things that I would never consider wrong, but apparently they did.
