I CANT WAIT TO GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE. ACTUALLY BROKE LEASE EARLY AND DEALT WITH FEES. IT WAS THAT BAD AND THE MONEY YOU SPEND TO LEAVE WILL BE A BETTER INVESTMENT THAN THE MONEY THAT YOU THINK YOU WILL SAVE BY LIVING HERE. ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY ADVERTISE APARTMENTS AS LOW AS 410 ON RENT.COM AND THEN YOU MOVE IN OR SEE THAT APARTMENTS ARE STARTING OUT AT 470 PLUS 50 FOR CABLE 250 FOR PET DEPOSIT 50 A MONTH FOR PET AND OTHER FEES THAT YOU WILL LATER FIND. OH, AND YOU CANT GET CABLE FROM AN OUTSIDE SOURCE, IT HAS TO BE THERE'S SO THEY CAN RIP YOU OFF.

THE MANAGER IS A -----! SHE ARGUES AND YELLS AT PEOPLE ON THE PHONE IN FRONT OF OTHER PEOPLE. SHE DOESN'T TAKE THE TIME TO LISTEN TO THE WHOLE STORY. SHE DEFENDS THE STAFF THAT KEEPS SCREWING UP AND DEFENDS THE MAINTENANCE THAT SUCKS AND ENTERS THE WRONG HOME. SHE ADMITS SHE ENTERS THE APARTMENTS WITHOUT THE RESIDENT KNOWING IT, "IN ORDER TO MAKE SURE YOU DON'T HAVE ANY ILLEGAL PETS" THAT'S BS! WHATEVER HAPPENED TO PRIVACY' AND WHEN YOU WANT TO TALK TO THE MAIN OFFICE SHE WILL TELL YOU THAT THEY WON'T BE ABLE TO HELP YOU, JUST BECAUSE SHE DOESN'T WANT A COMPLIANT FILED ABOUT HER. SHE WILL NOT LISTEN TO ANY OF YOUR COMPLAINTS OR DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT UNTIL THE POLICE ARE INVOLVED AND THERE IS A POLICE REPORT FILED! WHATEVER HAPPENED TO GOING TO THE SOURCE OF THE PROBLEM' UNPROFESSIONAL! UNWILLING TO HELP!

AS A RESPECTFUL LEAVING TENANT OF SYCAMORE CREEK, I JUST WANT IT TO BE KNOWN THAT THE LEVELS OF UNPROFESSIONALISM IN THE LEASING OFFICE IS UNEXCEPTIONABLE. TO HAVE A MANGER YELLING AT ME AND TELLING ME THAT UNLESS POLICE REPORTS HAVE BEEN MADE MY SECURITY ISSUES WITH SYCAMORE CREEK APARTMENTS IS OF NO IMPORTANCE, AND UNLESS I HAVE RENTERS INSURANCE THE THEFT OF STAFF OF SYCAMORE CREEK IS NONE OF THEIR CONCERN. TELLING ME THAT THEY KNOW I AM UNHAPPY WITH THE PRIVACY OF MY HOME, YET CONTINUE TO MAKE UNANNOUNCED ENTRIES AND REFUSE TO MAKE CURIOSITY CALLS BEFORE ENTERING, BECAUSE WOULD BE AN INCONVENIENCE ON THEIR PART.

EXCUSE ME FOR BEING AN INCONVENIENCE. BUT I AS WELL HAVE BEEN INCONVENIENCED BY THEFT OF MAINTENANCE, BATS LIVING IN THE VENTS, UNANNOUNCED VISITS, ACCUSED OF HAVING A CAT, HAD MY STORAGE UNIT DAMAGED AND ATTEMPTED TO GET BROKEN INTO, AND MY SECURITY AND SAFETY COMPROMISED.

i read this persons complaint, and i just wanted to say that these are all similar experiences i have had as well. management is very unwilling to help. i had my car broken into and just had cash missing and my radio but since i was in school and worked full time i couldnt make a police report and because of that the management was unwilling to even listen to me. she told me that there are sometimes police cars that drive through the subdivision at night but i have never seen them and i have lived here for three years.

i lived here too for a year, i just moved out this week. i can attest to the manager being a -----. absolutely refuses to help. it's true about the cable too, they totally rip you off. creepy guys at the pool, broken washing machines, THEFT, and the staff is a bunch of dummies. don't move here!!!!!!!!!!
