well first off when we moved in there were cat allergens ALL OVER THE PLACE! my boyfriend is allergic and the air conditioner was absolutely filthy inside, they said it had probably been awhile since the last person lived there AND that they had a cat.....what are they making me pay them $100 to clean for'''' THEY RIP YOU OFF!!!! the manager is a total b----, her stupid staff has to ask her every little question with the door open and NOT ONCE has she been helpful....THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU WHEN, NOT IF THE SHODDY LAUNDRY EATS YOUR QUARTERS. one time my car battery died and i was late to work, she said that they couldn't help me cause then they'd have to help everybody.....LIKE THAT'S A BAD THING!!!! then they told me to knock on doors and ask my neighbors for help, and when i said i didn't know any of them, they said well here's your chance! and basically didn't care. meanwhile they have four people in that office sitting around in their swivel chairs doing NOTHING. one morning i woke up to find a girl freaking out in the parking lot, somebody had broken into her car and robbed her......the neighbors are rowdy and noisy, a bunch of girls got into a fight at 2:30 am and a cell phone was thrown against my door and left a mark........overall i would NOT recommend this place.

I agree 100% with this person. The management is not helpfully. The manager is a complete -----! Lindsey is another worker there who has no clue what she is doing. They have a couple young girls wearing tank tops that it looks like them pulled from the pool area and asked them to cover their shift. The management makes you renew your lease every time you wanna change a little thing. They cant just remove a pet from the lease they make you sign a new one, charge you 30 dollars and do a credit check just for dropping a pet. This place will nickel and dime you for every little thing they can. They constantly brake and bend their rules and don't even follow up on their end of the lease agreement. They have maintenance that goes in your apartment when ever they feel like it. My neighbor had a an experience where the apartment complex hired a company to do carpet repairs instead of replacing it, and the dirty, filthy laborers just waltzed in my neighbors house with a knife/ blade in his hand and didn't even knock. The crazy thing my neighbor was so scared because they were not the ones who needed the carpet repaired. There is a ton of car and apartment and storage theft. Locks aren't even enough. And management will not do anything unless a police report has already been made! It safer to sleep on the streets and in a random parking lot then it is to live here!
