I've lived here several years. That said, there is a high turn-around here - many move in for the rent special and leave once the rate goes up. If you're lucky like I've been to have decently quiet neighbors and a good view, great. But occasionally there's really young party types and that kind of neighbor can make your life miserable because you'll hear everything. Management has always been great since I've been here. For this area you won't find cheaper rents.

I find these apartments to be very quiet. Sometimes with my hearing problems my TV can be a little louder, however I have had people say coming in from the hallway they didn't hear a thing and my TV is close to the door. I never hear any of my neighbors and they are single guys. With concrete flooring the noise does not seem to be an issue. I could see if there were open windows or doors that you could hear a lot more. I have no complaints on noise.
