Numerous ill mannered children roam. Everyone has a problem that cannot be corrected in their apartment. Smokers leave their butts everywhere. Drive past the front of the complex for careful review, preferably beyond normal hours. (weekend nights would be the best time to take a look) The parking can be quite a challenge as well. Many people will throw down their trash were they stand, even if the trash bin is just a few steps away. Many of the residents are not overly concerned with the appearance of the community. LOOK AROUND!!!! IT DOESNT OFFER ANYTHING EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE TO WHAT YOU WOULD EXPECT FOR THE RENT CHARGED!!! RIP OFF ALERT!!! DONT FALL FOR THE SALES PITCH OR YOULL BE SORRY!!!! uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

The neighbors will only be concearned if you mess with their drug trade. If its drugs youre looking for than this is the place for you. But watch your back there have been a few armed robberies here.
