Waldon Lakes

My husband and I have lived in a one-bedroom for almost two years. Our experience has been mostly positive. We do see a few kids skateboarding in the summer, but no more than you would run into in a normal subdivision. There is quite a bit of closet space in our apartment. I do wish that the kitchen was bigger and had more counter space. It would also be nice if maintenance would shovel on snowy mornings.However, for the amount that we are paying, you really cannot beat the value. I shopped around a lot before we chose Waldon Lakes, and it has the most amenities for the price by far. For 550 a month, you would not expect a washer/ dryer in the apartment, a dishwasher, central air, garbage disposal, etc. We rarely hear anything from the apartments around us but we are on the second floor so maybe that is the reason.
