Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
This apartment was our first apartment lease. I enjoyed it. I LOVE it compared to our current property. The staff are friendly. Any maintenance call I placed was immediately addressed (<24 hours). It was great having a washer/dryer in unit. My light at my door made me feel safe walking to my car at night. My neighbors were quiet (near other 1 brs). Yes, there are section 8 people here. But these apartments are income based. Make more money if you want to live in a condo. Yes, there are some wild children, but they never harmed me. And the sprinklers were a little irritating.
