I am a prospective tenant. Y are the low income people always to blame. Are you jealous you don't get the same rental decrease' I have had investors purchase homes that I have been living in and tell me the reason they purchased was because they have never seen such a clean home. Y are we always the ones doing wrong in others eyes' So if you are a recipient of section 8, welfare, or social security you are automatically trash' That is rather harsh I think. I don't think that the only "unruly" children in the area are low income, probably a few well to do brats that steal when mommy and daddy don't pass out that $1,000 per week allowance. Nobody wants to live with the low income people but they sure want to shop at stores geared towards low income people, or have us shop at theirs. Yep! I am a recipient of section 8, so I pay less rent, I get get welfare and social security.... but I also possess a MBA, unfortunately becoming disabled led to becoming low income. I would have to say that rude, nasty people exist in all income classes not just low income. Not only that but the majority of the ratings posted on here are in dire need of a spellcheck... maybe us section 8, low income people are just smarter.
