It's a decent place to live. Kid friendly, near schools, halfway decent rates, get your own washer and dryer, pets allowed. We lived here from 2007 to 2008. The WORST part is the noise from nearby apartments. The person above us came home from work after eleven at night, and right away, started thumping, banging, stomping, etc, at everything he did. The next door people had a theater-type speaker system for watching movies (really loud) at night. Had to call police on them a few times.
If we were sharp, we would have listened (and moved elsewhere) to what someone told us as they were moving out-while we were moving in....."You're the first normal people we've met here.".
Lastly, I would reccomend this complex ONLY......For your sanity, if you decide to live here, demand a second floor unit!!

This is so true, I lived here for only 5 months. I have complained to the manager on numerous times about my neighbor upstairs that has six children, two adults, and two cats. The noise is ridiculous. Make sure you ask about the number of children in your building because the parents do not watch them and they send them outside at 7:30 in the morning so you have no chance if you are in a downstairs apartment. Rules also apply only to certain people.
