I moved in March 2009 - had a few issues as far as the dryer not heating up, but they fixed it the same day I called them.. And I also had a gas leak, and they were out there within 5 minutes. My neighbors are quiet, kids haven't been an issue, honestly - nothing really bad to say about it. I've always been greeted at the office with a smile and they have always been so helpful to me. I will come back and rate this place when I move/renew my lease in a year.

haha... you just havent lived there long enough to deal with the crap these people dish out!! I know someone that has lived there for awhile now.. They are scared to walk around there own community at night due to all the little gangster thugs that have moved in.. Parents not wanting to take care of their children... looks like Pontiac just took over Waldon Lake Apartments..
