Location is the best part of this place - Where its located is nice a close to Orion shopping, Great Lakes Mall, Schools, Community Center and expressway. Maintenance does not prep apartments good enough for fresh move-ins but is good about coming for any matter I've had a problem with. Wonderful Apartments I have been at Indian Lake Village for awhile now and love it. The staff is very friendly and nice. It is a very well maintained complex. I have lived at other apartment complex's and this is far better then any other one I have seen. It is alot cleaner and in a safe area.

I Like It... I have been only living here for 5 months now and I like it a lot. I came from the Rochester Area to be closer to work and the apartments are good quality. The office staff is very friendly and cooperative. I have only needed to get new weatherstripping on my front door and maintenance

Good Place to Live I've lived here for 2 years and pretty happy with it. They keep the property very clean and responds to repair requests quickly. Units facing the M-24 are noisy, so stay away from them. A/C is kind of weak. This is vastly better place compared to where I used to live

Nice place, cheap rent Moved here because of the great price and convenience to I-75. I have been very happy here so far, and I'm on my third lease. A couple minor maintenance issues which were resolved in a timely manner. Everything else has been fine.
