not too bad It is honestly not the greatest place, but for the price you pay it's worth it. I never had any problems with strange people, the maintenance people lived right above me and were really nice. I lived in the middle level and sometimes you got a lot of noise from the people

hummm I recently went to orion cove to see about getting an apartment, i walked through several of the buildings, they all seemed to be clean, i did not smell any kind of smoke, cig or pot. yes there seems to be alot of geese and alot of goose poop... all of the negative reviews
