PROS
- very quiet neighborhood.
- good place for old folks.
- the whole apartment complex is just one building.
- vending machine
- landlord manager lives next door
- huge balcony and windows

CONS
- there is 3 entrances (2 on the side that require a key to get in, BUT 1 main entrance in the middle with OPEN ACCESS TO PUBLIC)
- maintenance is poor. took them 3 months to come fix blinds. never fixed heating problems in the room. blame DTN, not the manager she is so nice and knows what she's doing.
- wall-mount AC is positioned VERY LOW, under the window IN THE BEDROOM. whole house will not be cool unless AC left on for days.

I was that tenant everybody points they fingers at, every apt i move in. The one who had loud sex with windows open, fitting 30 ppl in one bdrm to party and drink every weekend(and when we party we start when the sun sets, and don't stop til the sun comes back up). BLASTING LOUD MUSIC EVERYDAY ALL DAY. all that for ONE FULL YEAR and NO COMPLAIN. i was amazed by how nice/generous the neighbors were. i moved b/c DTN management not the apts. apts is nice and quiet, however, the management just dont do it for me.
