I really like our townhome here. They have full basements, hardwood floors, and are pretty spacious. The neighbors are great and the company has been really easy to deal with. Like the other poster said, heating is an issue, and our utility bills have been pretty expensive. Still, I would definately stay if we weren't moving out of state.
