I lived in one of their 1-BRM units for a year, left it SPOTLESS!! I mean I spent hours cleaing in this place and you could literally see your reflection on the kitchen floor! The manager from their complex in DeWitt (blonde B*tch) came over and literally yanked the appliances out and complained that I hadn't scrubbed the backs of the refidgerator and the tile where the oven left marks on the floor. Even though they are supposed to clean and paint after each tenant, they made me SCRUB the minor scuff marks off the walls!!!! THEN the OWNER came over from her posh manion in Whitehills Lakes told me she GETS DOWN ON HER HANDS AND KNEES to scrub the kitchen and bathroom floors!!! I said, honey, there's only one thing you do on YOUR hands n knees, and it ain't scrubbin floors! I left that place immaculate and they had the NERVE to send me a bill for $200 of cleaning!!! They are a bunch of cheapskates with too much time on their hands!

I am responding to the anonymous "look someplace else" posted on 3/09/06 regarding the Andrea Hills Apartments. The anonymous renter indicates that she lived in a one bedroom apartment in 2003-04. Our records do not show a $200 charge for cleaning in that time frame. This would be highly unusual, we do not recall ever charging anyone that much for cleaning. From our 2003-04 records, we did find a cleaning charge of $60 and $30 in back rent for a total of $90 to a renter in a one bedroom apartment. Incidentally, the renter still owes that money to us. Some people will fabricate information when they are charged for their own negligence. Please come and see our Apartments for yourself!
