hey I used to work here at Arbor Pointe its not a bad place to be.
You make it what you want.
You blame maintance and them but they get busy at times.
Glass everywhere peole say well put your kids in check the are the ones breaking.
I was the pool guy here one time and its not as bad as every says it is.
They are just upset because they got evicted because they didn't live up to thier lease and they would trash the place and blame it on Arbor Pointe.
How could it be Arbor Pointe when the tenants make the mess and leave it there.
Working for Arbor Pointe isn't as easy as u think it is.
Even though I was the pool guy I still did others things like trash out apartments.
The tenants would leave all there stuff and put holes in the wall yeah I fixed it sometimes I would clean apartments and thet was the most horrible thing i could do.
It all depends on the tenant and the way they want to live.
