We had the miserable experience of living at Arbor Pointe Townhomes. I would not suggest it to anyone looking for a new place to live! It is unsafe. People keep guns in their house and go outside and shoot whenever they want to. The apartments are just crappy on the outside. The maintence men take over two weeks to fix something. The trash bins smell horrible. People smash glass everywhere. It is a very noisey place to live. There are people outside yelling and screaming at 2-3 am. They are insensitive people. The rent we paid was NOT worth what we lived in. If we had known better, we would have never lived there. Please don't make the same mistake that we did. Do not live at Arbor Pointe. You will live to regret it like we did!
