This really is not a safe place to live anymore. I had lived there since August 1979. At that time it was known as Canterbury Commons and was a terrific place to live.

The current owners, who took possession in June 1999, are only interested in the rent. They absolutely do not care about the property or proper maintenance.

LPD Officers have told me on several ocassions that they do not like to go into Arbor Pointe because it has become a haven for stolen cars, those running from the law by Arbor Pointe residents, and, that they believe almost all of the 350 townhomes now contain weapons of some sort. They consider it dangerous for "them" to go into. So, how safe can anyone feel as a resident'

its also known as the A.P. projects its a horrible place to live drugs guns shootings fights yelling screaming prostitution thats what arbor pointe is all about if you want to live there go ahead just be prepared to die
