Managment stole my money.

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
Was asked to put down just the secrity deposit to hold the appartment. Didnt sign a lease, Never moved in. I requested my deposit back only 2 business days later I had them hold onto the appartment. The lady told me I might not get it back and even if I do, it will be 6 months from now.
I decided to not live here because its ghetto! I was seriously checking for cockroaches. Just judging from the condition of the appartments, not to also mention managent stealing my money, this is NOT the place you want to live!
