I have lived at Arbor Pointe for 6 months and every night there are a ton of people outside yelling and screaming,selling drugs, (alot of drugs) and even two gunshots outside my house. You would think that management would do something about it. Hopefully This new company,(Mckinley) is better than Brookline. Mr Woods told me that this is a great place to live. I bet he doesnt live here though. Oh yea one last thing, I called about my fridge two weeks ago, TELL THEM I NEED TO HAVE A COLD FRIDGE!FIX IT NOW!

I too live in the Pointe. I totally agree with you on this. I will never ever, reccomend this dump to anyone.
