My fiance and I moved into the town home just last month.

We are getting cozy and used to the surroundings.

We have seen 2 people get arrested in my front yard, but the LPD, from what I've seen, does a great job.

I like my neighbors, and haven't had any trouble myself with the living situation.

I truly do believe that despite Arbor Pointe's reputation, it is a good place to live for couples first starting out.

I would like to say that I have lived here for 4 years and the maintenance department is the best I have ever seen it. They are nice and seem to care about the apartment community. There is a noticable change in the time that it takes to get a work order done. They seem to be extremely busy but are doning a fantastic job and I beleieve it will be a short time before this will be a good place to live again. Now if we could only do something about the crime at the complex.

The maintenance sucks...a bunch of young kids..I am a perfectionist and my place they never do right..never come back when they say they will...the crime is unreal..I had people breaking into my place, I had to call the cops..And now a heat bill..freaking joke!!
