Okay, my fiance and I began renting in 2006 and the place was nice.

They changed management and it has gotton way worse.

We have lived her two years and our tub has leaked through the ceiling and into our living room 8 times.

They have taken their sweet time fixing it, sometimes waiting two months or more.

They have repaved the place, and we used to get our heat for free but now they are installing gas meters and we have to pay.

The office people are rude, the maintence people suck.

The only reason we rented here was because it was cheap and money was tight, however, since then our rent has increaced by 150$ and it is not worth living here.

You would think with more expensive utilities and rent we'd be able to have maintence fix our problems, but um...

no.

Also in two years, we were robbed once and our neighbors were robbed 3 times.

We've had to call police at least twice a month every month for fighting in the parking lot.

I'd look for a place to live elsewhere.
