This is by far the worst first appt possible the rent was steep for the size the amount of your bills is way more then they qoute you almost double, They say no aggresive dogs but my neighbors both pitbulls the only good thing is when i got my dog i never had to pay the deposit because the never really took the time to care about there residents. When i had a fly problem in the summer i had to argue with the manager and tell him that i would pay rent when i got the problem fixed. the 24hour emergency manteince does not exist it took 3 days for them to fix my heater in the middle of the winter so my appt. was 50 in december. i could not wait to move out i was ready to leave after 2 months but could not afford to leave. in the summer you do not need cable just sit and watch the parking lot the cops are there every night for fights people pulling guns on each other it is the worst thing ever dont rent from here ever not worth your money
