I've lived at Blue Spruce since last July, when I signed a 12 months lease. My lease is apparently now up May 31st.
The neighbors never talk, but if you have your tv too loud theyll bang on the walls. Maintenance isn't the best. We had 3 different bikes stolen, and a mugging in the parking lot which brought the police dogs straight to our door, so they had to search our place.

The people are very unfriendly, but the land lady is the sweetest woman we've ever met.
