A bit pricy for how old the building is, however a convenient location.

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
The bad:
For how old the building is you're paying to much.
The appliances are a little out of date.
Like most apartments, the walls are thin.
The on site washer and dryers are small and charge $1.25 per use.
The good:
Convenient.
Close to downtown Lansing, EL and expressway.
Nice area.
A lot of parking.
Quick maintance repairs.
Golf course right around the corner.
