Great apts, but....

Not a bad place to live, but God forbid you should have to break your lease!! AIMCO policy for lease break is 2 MONTHS RENT!!! On a townhouse, thats about $1700 bucks.
AIMCO policies are very rigid and the staff will enforce them for sure.
Maintenance staff was not the best, the grounds were nice and managed well during winter. (salt and plowing)
A cool thing, the pool is heated and is half indoors and half outdoors, very nice.
Rent is not bad, cable, high speed modem and you can even get your own directTV installed.
Location is good too...quiet but close to south cedar, MSU and 127. Also Mickey D's, Burger King, QD, and Leo's Lodge are right next to Briarcliffe
