We had SEVERAL problems with noisy neighbors that were never addressed properly by management. We lived in the pet area...and you could definitely tell! There was dog crap all over, in spite of the supposed fee for not cleaning up after your pet. The maintenance sucked because most of the guys didn?t have a clue about how to fix anything. The setup of the townhouse was okay though. It has a large, partially finished basement. The option for renting washers/dryers was good too.
