I lived at Briarcliffe for two years and just moved out in May 2007. We really loved the place when we moved in. The apartment was great, maintnance was great and so was the office staff. In the past year things have been going downhill. There have several times that we have been woken up in the middle of the night or very early morning because of people have parties and being loud. We received several notices about break ins which made us feel unsafe although we never had a problem personally. The townhouse was very large and they remodelled it before we moved in so new carpet and cabinets! We haven't gotten our final assessment yet but when we moved in we were told that they were not very picky about nail holes and things when you move out. You can see there are pros and cons... there is plenty of parking but no covered parking. Oh and rent is a little expensive because nothing is included and the windows are VERY drafty (when there is a gust of wind outside your blinds are blown in when the window is closed) so heat is expensive.
