Hate the new Staff

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2006
 

I loved the home when Karen was the manager.

She left or something late last Fall & not I can't stand the new management.

They don't know my name, have dropped the ball on several service items & can't be trusted to keep secrets.

I told them about problems with my neighbor & they told them I had complained because I felt I owned the complex since I have lived here so long.

When prior staff ran it this never happened.
