My move-in at Briarcliffe was seamless! The office staff can sign for delivery, so my furniture was moved in before I even got there, plus packages can be delivered to the office, so if you're not home you don't have to run back and forth to the post office. I had a few minor things that needed maintenance, but they were fixed within 24 hrs of my request, including an entirely new dishwasher installation at no cost to me. The swimming pool is nice, and the grounds here are typically quiet. My neighbors are nice but there is not a lot of socializing b/c we have a mix of families, grad students, law students, etc. I love having so much space to myself, and I plan to stay put for the rest of grad school.
