Don't bother considering the amenities. The fitness room was closed half of last year, and now it is open most of the equipment is broken.

The pool heater has been broken for over a year, so if you like swimming..forget it, it is freezing even in the middle of summer, and impossible to swim in in the winter.

The walls are also paper thin, you can hear the neighbor television like it is in your own room.

The office staff makes promises, then gets fired. We get a whole new office staff and manager about every 3 months.

If you move in look close at the walls etc. When they paint before a move in they do not even wash the walls, so you will see hairs and dirt from the previous tenents painted over with white paint. Your heat bill will be huge because the windows are so old, you will have ice on the inside of your windows!!!

Oh, and of course, there is dog poop and unleashed animals everywhere.

What is good' Well, it is spacious and the area is safe. The maintenance staff is quite adequete if you can get the office staff to actually write an order for you. You usuall have to call several times. Maybe our latest turnover of office staff will be better, I hope.
