Don't listen to what any of these reviews say. Briarcliffe is an excellent place to live! I moved in December of 2006 and the current office staff is here to stay; they are very friendly, helpful and everything gets done on time.

Most of the other reviews were from before I moved in, but as of now the fitness center is excellent, everything works great. The pool is fixed and the water is heated, so I've been swimming.

The townhomes are really spacious, 1600 square feet! You can't beat that anywhere for the price! I love living here, I've never had any problems.

aaaaand your thoughts now almost two years later? still an "excellent place"? cause frankly I've had nothing but horrible experiences here and I hate it.
