We were promised special rates due to being college students (my wife and I) and now since they have gone through 4 managers since we've moved in, they will not honor it. They made a big deal about there pool being open all year around and it was not. My wife went in a couple weeks ago and got out really quick cause it hadnt been cleaned for 5 days. We never got reciepts for payments and now they are showing that we have been late 8 times in 9 months, I admit that we were late 3 times. I would not tell anyone that I had a good experience briarcliffe. Please if you are thinking about briarcliffe please think again. Oh our car was broken into as well as my friends car.
