New management has recently taken over and appear to know absoluetly nothing about how to manage. The units are OLD and therefor have many issues as buildings do as they age, in the townhomes the floors are uneven and it feels like you may fall through in some areas. Parking.. good luck, first come first serve and definetly don't invite anyone to visit if they don't like to walk. Sound- I haven't had any issues with neighbors but if you are really sensitive to noise you can hear people climbing the stairs in the townhomes, and if you're in the basement you will hear footsteps above from other units. Speaking of basements, they flood, so if you're planning on actually using the space for something important keep that in mind. Any maintenance issues are a joke, and I don't know if it's the fault of the maintenance or the management but repairs are not taken care of with ANY urgency whatsoever, and when they are FINALLY addressed ( At any inconvenient time to you, because they don't call you with any notice of their arrival like they say they will) they don't fix the problem or they half fix the problem, or they make the problem WORSE, and aesthetics are not an issue- just slap something together and get it done quick, they don't have to live here. Maybe it's understaffing, maybe they need more maintanence workers' Either way it makes no difference to me, the results are that I wish I had gone with my first instinct and looked somewhere else, the space appealed to me but it's not worth it.
