New management is RUDE and offers no help, one clerk named Kenya just answers phones and rolls her eyes at residents that call to complain. Her only response is to say, "submit your issues in writing" and hangs up; in addition she refuses to give anyone the corporate phone number. The townhomes have SO many problems. In the winter the basement floods in the summer the air conditioner doesn't work and throughout the year the bathtub leaks into the closet and down to the kitchen for some of our neighbors. My other neighbors have had many similar issues. The worst was when the sewage backed up into the basement. One neighbor said it happens every year, but the other management would fix it immediately, this management took months. And still my basement has water in it from the last rain. Management does not solve problems they just take the cheap way out and make you wait long periods of time to put a temporary fix until the problem reoccurs. Many neighbors are upset, mainly with the attitude of the management. So if you want a headache every month with new home issues and then want to deal with rude and unhelpful staff then move to briarcliffe.
