Fairly new apartments. Great floorplan. Gas heat and range are included. Fairly quiet, I can't hear the people next to me, but I can hear the people above me in the bathroom, and when they fight (which is pretty often). Fast maintinance. It's a pretty nice place. I love the grounds, especially our "back yard". There's a washer and dryer in the unit, in fact the laundry room is actually it's own room, I love that. I think they're a bit over-priced, which is why I won't be renewing my lease, but it is a great place to live.

I am not an Edward Rose employee, I'm an interior designer. It's rude to call someone a liar (since I had to check a box saying I wasn't an employee). Obviously this person has issues.

I agree with them. I also live on the ground floor and all I can hear from my neighbors' footsteps. I love my apartment. Mr. Munson, do you even live here? Currently? I've been here since August 2007 and haven't had any problems.
