I have lived at Canal 2 for appox 1 1/2 Years now and I like it here. I like being able to have a Garage its extra money per month but worth it for me. Apartments are new and only a few years old. People talk about the wall's being paper thin, I just dont see what the are talking about. I Live one the 2nd floor and i do not hear my neighbors. I do off and on hear my neighbors walking up the inside stairway thats made of concrete only because they stomp there feet when they walk. Office staff has been good with me, Only thing i can complain about is the snow plowing/Salting they wait to do it till later in the morning. Gas heat/range , water, and Trash are included. Maintinance staff has been good on responding to any problems I have had. I Like the Floor plans Apts are well sized. I do have a End Apt with is bigger then the standard 1 Beedroom. Overall good place to live and I plan on renewing my lease when its due.

What are you even talking about Munson? There isn't even a Jamie that works here! If you had a bad experience in the past, I'm sure it was valid at the time, but don't discount the people who've had positive experiences here. It may just be better off now that you're gone!
