It seems to me that some of the people on here have WAY too much time on their hands.
This apt.
is much better than ones that I have lived in before.
I live in an end unit so the place is bigger...it's very nice inside.
Orkin does the pest control, so when spiders find you, which they will, just call the office and orkin will come spray.
Its not so much that the walls are paper thin, its the ceilings...I can hear EVERY movement that the people above me make.
When they are doing laundry, it sounds like I am doing laundry.
The biggest issue with living here is the geese...there are around 100 that live here year-round.
I live on the first floor so I was looking forward to being able to walk outside.
The ground is COVERED in poop...no walking around.
Also, the lady on the 3rd floor thinks its fun to feed them, so the geese surround my patio area and poop all over it.
When I go outside they hiss at me and chase me back in! Decent place to live but do not live facing the pond!
