I have been here only two months but I spend much of my time at home..I live on the third floor and hear very little from my nieghbors..The office staff are friendly and helpfull..Maintainance is quick and well done..The grounds are kept well and they moved the geese to Nebraska..The unique design of the apartment floor plans is what drew me here.Through and through so cross ventilation is excellent..bad new is they make you use their broadband but the good news is that it is fastest in town if you go for the premium package..You also can only use Dish Network which may be the only drawback for me..Seems to work fine most of the time so even that is ok.I would reccomend this to anybody who wants a safe quiet place to live
