Yes the apartments are nice and they do have a washer/dryer in them and large kitchens, yes the staff is great and repairs are done right away, HOWEVER, the ceilings and walls are paper thin. I live n the bottom floor and between the constant noise from people going up and down the stairs and the --- guys who live above me having sex, I can't get any sleep, I am not joking!!! I can hear every move the guys above me make, every time thewy walk across the floor it sounds like they are going to come crashing through my ceiling any minute. I can hear their toilet flush in my bedroom and when they shower in the mornnig the noise of the water running is so loud that it wakes me up. I can hear their washer and dryer running, I can even hear them opening and closing their dresser drawers!! I can tell what channel their TV is on or what is on their stereo. I have a 2 year old son and he is usually woken up about 3 times a week from a noise someone in another apartment makes. I don't think my neighbors are unusually loud, I think the ceilings and walls are just too darn thin. I can't even take a nap on the weekends b/c I can hear every move my neighbors make! I lived at Ramblewood apartments for 2 years and never heard a peep from anyone, I moved here b/c I thought the apartments were so much nicer, well they are, but not nearly as quiet and peaceful. I am now living in hell.
