Worst apartment experience of my life. I have lived in several complexes across the country due to my work and this is the biggest dump I have ever been stuck in. Everything in the other negative comments is true. Paper thin floors, walls, and ceilings. Yes, it's true, you can hear your neighbors having sex and even using the bathroom. My walls were four different shades of off white because someone can't match paint. Mosquitos and other bugs are horrible. The place is just flat-out cheap. Above all else, the management and maintenance sucks. Nothing ever gets fixed and they do not do anything about your neighbor who constantly watches pay-per-view porn and turns it up so loud you can hear everything. But the worst was once when I was in my office paying rent and Jamie (the manager) refused to walk over to another tennant's apartment to let that tennant sign a new lease- THE WOMAN WAS IN A WHEELCHAIR AND 90 YEARS OLD FOR GOD'S SAKE!!!! My lease is up in 32 days and I am out of here.
