Canal 2 is horrible

Other reviews of Canal 2 are right on the money.

Thank God my lease just expired and we moved out.

The only redeeming quality about this place is that it is close to everything you need -- but that does not make up for Canal 2's shortcomings.

Paper-thin walls causes you to hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing.

Sex, using the bathroom, passing gas, you name it, and you can hear it.

The touch up paint from the previous residents did not match the actual color of my walls.

The so-called storage room is made of press board so when the snow starts to melt, everything in them is ruined.

Bugs are horrible from the swamp behind the complex.

The satellite service is crappy.

As soon as it rains, or even gets cloudy for that matter, no tv.

Way over-priced for what you get.

I wouldn't pay $200/month to live there.

In fact, you couldn't pay me to live there again.

Avoid this place like the plague.
