I moved here last month to start law school and this has been a nightmare. I asked the management if there were noise problems at these apartments and they said NO! What a lie! I met a couple of other students who just moved here and they said they are having the same problems. Then, come to find out, aparently it is common knowledge that Canal 2 is a bad place to live because several of the upper classmen had heard of the bad rep this place has. I'm stuck for a year. Big mistake. As if law school isn't stressful enough, I have to come home every day to noisy and inconsiderate neighbors who keep me up at all hours of the night.
