I have lived in Canal Club for three years and am only leaving for a change of pace. The apartment is very cozy though the floor plan limits decorating. Had a few problems with loud neighbors and their visitors and I have found that snow plow is usually done too late to get too work on time if its snows overnight. Office staff and maintenance is excellent. The grounds are always really pretty and parking is usually abundant. Free heat and washer/dryer in apartment are great. Although the rent has been raised the last two years in a row.
